Our clever robots can mine the activity, audience and engagement data across social media accounts.  We gather this snapshot and turn it into an Engagement Rate to measure the effectiveness of you, your competitors or your associated schools or employers.  

 

The robots are able to scan:

We will provide information on the above depending on the report we have prepared. Also, the expectation of availability of a particular channel obviously depends on the audience.

 

We have taken a spot measurement, and will do so three times a year to build up a historical reference on education providers and those in the public sector.  The Engagement Rate is calculated as follows:

 

Engagement Rate = (Total Engagements / Number of Posts issued / Total Audience) * 10,0000

 

Most of the time we focus on the total across all social media channels, which allows an equal comparison regardless of audience.  

 

The rationale of this calculation is that it is more important to engage positively a small number of followers than be very active with a large number of people who are not interested in your content.

 

One positive follower, who interacts and converts, is better than 100 disengaged or uninterested users.
